Fauci Adviser Tried to Hide Communications on Covid-19

While the press was obsessing over what flags SCOTUS Justice Alito was hoisting at his vacation home, a story that has completely fallen apart as part of an obvious smear campaign meant to discredit the SCOTUS majority, they were mostly ignoring a far more significant story:

Emails revealed by the Select Subcommittee on the Coronavirus Pandemic showed that a top adviser to Dr. Anthony Fauci conducted official government business from his private email account and solicited help from the National Institute of Health’s Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) office to evade record requests. 

At one point, Dr. David Morens bragged that he had learned to “make emails disappear” after receiving a FOIA request. He also suggested that Fauci was intentionally using private emails to avoid his communications being reachable, especially when it came to topics related to EcoHealth Alliance and Peter Daszak.

It’s impossible to read his numerous emails discussing how to avoid communications from being discovered and not assume he and his colleagues were intentionally hiding information from the public.
